My Approach
Approximately 95% of brain activity is unconscious. My aim is to aid people to become more aware of themselves and enable them to access the tools and resources needed for positive, permanent change by creating new neural pathways. I do this using a variety of proven Psychodynamic methods involving mind body connections.

My Services
Most people experience difficulty at some point in their lives. Talking things through with an experienced therapist allows you to explore your feelings in a supportive and confidential space. The experience can be life changing.
I deliver an integrative model of psychotherapy and hypnotherapy where I will tailor
my approach to best suit your needs.
Psychotherapy
I use psychodynamic methods to help people feel better, improve mood and come to a greater understanding of themselves whilst learning personal and interpersonal coping strategies. Many stress related conditions including exhaustion can lead to depression or anxiety, often producing physical symptoms that can further complicate diagnosis. I have an excellent track record assisting people with these conditions using a combination of tailored therapy and stress reduction psychological techniques.
Hypnotherapy
I use hypnosis to facilitate change through a mind-body intervention. During hypnosis you will be in an altered state of consciousness which is completely natural. You may already enter similar states several times a day automatically when you're engrossed in reading, art or even when watching your favourite tv programme. Hypnotherapists utilise this state for therapeutic purposes to help with a whole host of physical and psychological symptoms or conditions.
